◆龍門滾鍍設備主要應用于小型工件的批量電鍍，設計特點如下： 

1）行車設有接水盤裝置，防止?jié)L桶和工件帶出的液體交叉污染槽液。
 
2）行車設有脫水機械，當滾桶被提起后，脫水機械帶動滾桶旋轉，使?jié)L桶和工件上藏有的液體滴回原站位，減少鍍液的浪費。

3）滾桶的裝卸料采用自動裝置完成，并可與后處理機械手自動銜接，減少人為設置錯誤，降低人工勞動強度。
 
4）滾桶設有自動稱重裝置，整流機可根據(jù)滾桶的裝載量自動設定電流。 

5）滾桶轉軸和蓋板的花式設計，有效的防止?jié)L桶卡貨或夾貨，提高電鍍的良品率。 

◆Gantry Type Barrel Plating Equipment mainly for small size, high volume plating, design feature as follow 

1）Hoist with containment tray to prevent contamination due to dragging of solution from barrel and parts 

2）Hoist comes with drying mechanism, when barrel if lift up, drying mechanism and rotating the barrel and force the solution drip back to tank, reduce loss of plating solution
